But who are they?  Two Old Latins from the 1970s Both have been associated in differing ways with Welsh Universities. Now they dominate and are ubiquitous in the same town. Yesterday, they shared a stage. I was there and so was Roy [German] Walker. In the audience  were a number of RLS former parents e.g. John and Linda (two boys), an aunt Christine (girl who was also present). Christine née Hill told me that she had been born in Calvert but  moved to Steeple Claydon. She attended RLS from 1948 to 1954 and took part in Byn Evans’s Gilbert and Sullivan Productions: Pirates of Penzance, Mikado and Iolanthe.

Hey Ho, enough verbal clues. Now for two pictures of each Old Latin, the best that I took in poor light and from a distance.
