The Royal Latin School has a strong commitment to its Alumni – or ‘Old Latins’ as you are affectionately referred to!

‘Once a Latin, always a Latin’ is a phrase which may strike fear into the hearts of some, but the sentiment and intention underlying it is tangible and genuine. Whether you left the school fifty years ago or just last year, we would really like to hear from you about what you are doing now and how you’re getting on.

In return, the school is refreshing its approach to Alumni relations and communications, and in the coming months and years we will be working hard to find new ways to keep you up to date with developments at the school, with news of reunions, stories from fellow Old Latins, and specific projects which you may like to become involved with.

RLS is at an exciting juncture in its history. In 2023, the school will celebrate its 600th anniversary, which gives us just over a decade to ensure that the school is in the very best position to embark on its seventh century of teaching.

In this section of the website, you will find a flavour of current activities as well as important information about how to get in touch, become involved, and a host of different ways in which you might feel able to support the school. If we have omitted information which you would find particularly interesting, please get in touch and let us know – this is your website, so please help us to get it right!
